Your account email and display name; the photos, videos, audio, and text you upload to build a memorial; and, if you order a printed product, your shipping address. Payments are processed by Paystack — we don't store your card details ourselves.
To create and display your memorials, generate AI-written content (biographies, captions, and chat responses) from what you've shared, fulfill printed orders, and communicate with you about your account.
Uploaded photos, videos, and notes may be sent to our AI provider to generate biographies, tribute videos, and the memory companion chat. This content is generated for your memorial only and is not used to train third-party models.
A memorial page is private by default. If you choose to make it public or shareable, anyone with the link can view it. We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
Your data is stored with Supabase and protected with access controls. You can delete a memorial and its contents from your dashboard at any time.
You can update or delete your account and memorials from your dashboard, or contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
