Welcome to PawMemo. By creating an account, you agree to use this service to create and share memorials responsibly and to only upload content you have the right to share.
You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to legally enter into these terms in your country of residence.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, audio, and text you upload. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant PawMemo the right to store, process, and display it in order to build your memorial and generate AI content on your behalf.
Biographies, tribute videos, and memory companion responses are generated by AI based only on what you've shared. While we aim for accuracy and warmth, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect — you can edit or regenerate it from your dashboard.
Use PawMemo to create and share memorials responsibly. Don't upload content you don't have rights to, don't use the platform to harass or impersonate others, and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Printed products are made to order once payment is confirmed through Paystack. Pricing is shown at checkout in US Dollars (USD). See our Delivery Info page for production and shipping details.
We may update these terms as PawMemo grows. We'll post the updated terms here with a new date, and continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
